Located in a small town in Albacete, the premise for this house was that it should be able to split into two independent dwellings each hosting a conventional house programme. The solution is one that places three patios in between the functional spaces, all enclosed at the same time with a white washed plastered wall on the perimeter of the plot, with precise and scarce openings. Indoors, the rooms act as cores for the project, giving each space its right dimension and creating the distribution around them.
